Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to all countries in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and the United States. If you live elsewhere, message us on WhatsApp at +91 70067 61414 and we’ll see what we can do.

Dispatch time
Every piece is packed by hand at our workshop in Eidgah, Srinagar, and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment. If you add GI certification, please allow a few extra business days for lab testing and tagging before dispatch.

Orders paid by bank transfer are dispatched once your payment reaches us.

Delivery
We ship with DHL Express. Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days after dispatch. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link.

Shipping cost

• Europe (EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway): €30
• United States: €35

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Import duties and taxes
Your order ships from India. Your country’s customs may charge import VAT or duty when the parcel arrives, and DHL collects this from you on delivery. These charges are set by your country, not by us, and are not included in our prices or shipping cost. If you’re unsure what to expect, your local customs office or DHL can tell you.

Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. DHL may need to call you to arrange delivery. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship it, but the second shipping cost is yours.

Lost or damaged parcels
Every parcel is fully tracked. If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund.
